How do I pause messages?
If you ever need to stop your campaign from sending certain messages, Mailshake makes it easy to pause and unpause.
Pausing an entire campaign
While viewing your campaign, click the Running toggle to stop all future emails for all prospects and lists from being sent.
Pausing a follow-up message
On the Sequence page, you can pause messages in your Sequence.
This will stop this message from being sent and will also prevent any other emails after that message from being sent.
Pausing a prospect
On the Prospects page, click the pink toggle next to the prospect you'd like to pause.
This stops this recipient from receiving future emails:
Pausing a list of recipients
On the lists page, click Running then select Pause Sending.
This will stop emails to everyone that was imported in this list.
