How do out-of-office replies work?
We have filters to catch common out-of-office replies (but unique ones might not get detected).
When we do detect the out-of office reply, we log that information for you so you can see it in your prospect's history and then we take no further action.
Follow-ups are not stopped like they would be if the prospect actually replies to your message. Your prospect will continue to receive messages unless they actually reply (see note).
Currently we don't have a way for you to mark that a reply is actually an out-of-office but we will add that feature at some point in the future.
