How do out-of-office replies work?

We have filters to catch common out-of-office replies (but unique ones might not get detected).

When we do detect the out-of office reply, we log that information for you so you can see it in your prospect's history and then we take no further action.

Follow-ups are not stopped like they would be if the prospect actually replies to your message. Your prospect will continue to receive messages unless they actually reply (see note).

Note: Some unique out-of-office replies may get picked up as a normal reply resulting in the prospect becoming a leads.
