How do I delete my Mailshake account?

To delete your account, you'll need to delete your team. To do this login to your account.

Note: If you're trying to delete or change your sending email address for campaigns, you don't need to delete your Mailshake account. Instead you can remove your sending email address first: Remove a Sending Email Address

If you have multiple teams, make sure you're in the team you want to delete and head to Settings then Team Settings. From there you'll click the Actions button then click Delete Team.

If you need to delete multiple Mailshake team accounts, you'll need to repeat this process for each team. Deleting a team only applies to the team you're deleting.

Next you'll be asked to confirm you want to delete your team and acknowledge you're aware all data will be deleted.
