What's your refund policy?

If you are unsatisfied with Mailshake within the first 30-days of creating your account, we will happily provide you with a full refund for your initial subscription payment. This is available only to new customers who have never tried Mailshake before. All we ask is for your honest feedback so we can improve our service.

To request a refund during this 30-day period, just contact us and let us know why.

We do not issue any other kind of refund or pro-rated refunds for cancellations. Instead, we're focused on providing you with the best possible support and making cancellations easy and painless. Click here to learn about cancelling your subscription.

If you choose to cancel your subscription before your renewal and you are not eligible for a refund, you will continue to have full access to your Mailshake subscription until the end of the billing period.

And now for the obligatory legalese:
Full refunds might not be granted for purchases made after working with a Mailshake representative, for cases when your team has had significant activity on our platform, or for abuse or other violations of our terms. Refunds are ultimately made at our discretion.
