Using The Data Finder Browser Extension

The Mailshake Chrome Extension now includes a Data Finder tab; with this powerful tool, you can leverage the search capabilities of LinkedIn to discover emails and seamlessly import them into Mailshake effortlessly. It is worth noting that this powerful tool is fully compatible with Sales Navigator.

Find Emails Tab

Once you download the extension, you will want to open the extension or pop-up to ensure the extension will work properly:

Here are the steps to effectively use the LinkedIn Email Finder Extension:

1. Launch the "Find Emails" tab within the extension.
2. Proceed to search for new prospects on LinkedIn. On regular LinkedIn pages, you'll initially see 10 results, while in Sales Navigator, 25 results are displayed by default.
3. Once you've identified prospects you're interested in, simply click the "Find Email" button associated with each of them.  

  a. The number of credits used is the number of prospects selected

• Name
• Title
• Location
• Link to their LinkedIn profile
• Company
• Industry
• Email address 

   4. The discovered email addresses will then be conveniently accessible in your data within your Mailshake account. You can find more information about your data and filtering here.

Note: The system will only use credits for emails that are found.
