How to use Mailshake's Data Finder
With Mailshake's Data Finder tool, you can now find prospects for your campaigns without having to leave Mailshake!
Add Data Finder to your Mailshake Account
To add Data Finder, simply head to Settings > Billing then click +Add Data Finder Product

Searching on Data Finder
In the left side panel, click Data Finder. From there you can search by:
- Job Title
- Company
- Industry
- Location
Prospects will always have an email address and may also have:
- Name
- Job Title
- Company Name
- Linkedin Profile
- Industry
Saving Data Finder Prospects
Once you've searched for your prospects and you're ready to save them
- Use the checkboxes to select the prospects you'd like to obtain
- Keep scrolling down the page to ensure more data loads so that you can continue to select prospects
- Click Use Credit
- The number of credits used is the number of prospects selected
- The number of credits used is the number of prospects selected
- At this point, you can add prospects to a campaign or export them to a CSV
If you decide to add them to a campaign, you'll be able to search your campaigns by title:
Filtering and Managing your Data
You'll have access to your data so that you can add them to other campaigns as well. On the My Data page, you'll be able to search by Keyword or filter by select criteria in the Filter dropdown list.
From here you can select those prospects using the checkboxes and then add them to a campaign.
