How to Move Prospects into a new Campaign
You may have some prospects or leads you'd like to move to a different campaign. This guide will show you 3 different places where you can take that action.
A few things to know before looking at the specific places you can move prospects from:
- When moving a prospect into a new campaign the campaign must already exist. If the campaign is currently a draft you will not see it as an available option.
- Campaign prospect limits still apply (5k for users on our Email Outreach Plan and 10k for users on our Sales Engagement plan.) If the campaign has reached that limit you'll see an error pop up when trying to add more prospects to that campaign.
Moving Prospects from the Lead Catcher into a New Campaign:
You can move prospects from your Lead Catcher into a new campaign 2 different ways. The first is as you're replying to your lead. To do this, you'll need to click Reply then type out your reply to the lead then click 'Extra Actions' and select the campaign you'd like to move your Lead into. Once you hit Send, the prospect will receive your reply and be added to the new campaign.
You also have the option to bulk move prospects from the Lead Catcher view. To do this, select the prospects you'd like to move by checking the box next to their email address then select the 'Add to Campaign" option from the menu that drops down from the top of your screen and select the campaign!
Moving Prospects to a New Campaign from Prospect View:
If you'd like to move prospects from the prospect view simply check the box by each prospect you'd like to move into a new campaign then select the 'Add to Campaign" option from the menu that drops down from the top of your screen and select the campaign!
Moving Prospects from the Campaign Prospect tab:
If you'd like to move prospects from the prospect tab of your campaign you'll need to click on the specific prospect you'd like to move then click Actions and choose 'Add to Campaign' from the dropdown menu and select the campaign you'd like to move them to.
*Note - adding prospects to a new campaign from this view will NOT pause the prospect in the current campaign. If you want to stop the campaign that prospect is currently in, you'll want to click the pink switch by their email to 'not running'.
