Why do I see two signatures when personalizing prospect emails in the campaign wizard?
If you see two signatures in when you reach the Personalize Prospects step in your campaign, likely you've entered your signature in two places:
- Your Mail Account Signature
- The body of your campaign message
If you have added a Mail Account signature in your Mail Account settings, you don't need to add it in your campaign message. You'll need to go back, edit your campaign message to remove the signature you've added in the campaign message, then click save and move onto the next step (Personalize).
