API Limits

When using the API your team will have the following limits:

  • Quota units per hour
  • Recipients you can add via the API per month

You'll find these limits in your account by going to Integrations > API then click Create API Key. You'll see a section titled Your Access which includes your API Key as well as the limits listed above. Example Image. Your limits may be different depending on your plan type.

Each API action "costs" units. You can view the amount of units used by each operation here in our API Rate Limits Documentation.

Note: To increase your API limits, you'll need to add additional user seats. Your base API Limits will be multiplied by each user seat.
