How do I fix send errors?

Sometimes an email will fail to send for a variety of reasons. In most cases you can just retry the sends and they'll go through just fine. To handle your send errors, first click on the "Send Errors" tab. Then check the boxes next to the recipient's you'd like to handle. 

A bar at the top will show with some options:

  • Retry Sending: clear out the error and your sending calendar will schedule another attempt at sending these messages
  • Clear Errors: pause these recipients and clear their errors
  • Delete Recipients: Permanently removes these people from your campaign
