Using the Vidyard Integration

Vidyard is a free video and screen recorder that allows you to create easy to share videos. Many customers use Vidyard to create personalized videos to share with their prospects.

In this guide we go over:

• Connecting Vidyard to Mailshake
• Inserting a video in your messages
• Disconnecting your Vidyard account

Connect Vidyard to Mailshake

Our Vidyard integration is a light weight integration that can be easily set up while creating or editing a campaign message in your sequence.

While editing a message in your sequence:

1. Click the Video icon on the message toolbar
2. Click Insert Video with Vidyard
3. Click Sign In or Sign Up
4. Follow the prompts on the next screen to log in with Google, Microsoft, Apple or another email address, or to sign up for a new account. 

If signing up for a new account, you won't need to leave Mailshake to get started. Setup will continue right within Mailshake.

Using Vidyard does require signing up for a free Vidyard account.

Insert a Vidyard Video in Mailshake

While editing a message in your sequence:

1. Click the Video icon on the message toolbar
2. Click Insert Video with Vidyard
3. Scroll through the list of videos to select one or click New Video to create a new Vidyard Video

Disconnect your Vidyard Account from Mailshake

While editing a message in your sequence:

1. Click the Video icon on the message toolbar
2. Click Insert Video with Vidyard
3. Click the downward arrow "V" next to the Vidyard Logo
4. Click Sign Out to log out of your Vidyard account
