How do I fix my email signature formatting?

Sometimes when you copy + paste from another source like Microsoft Word or the text editor in your email account, the formatting from that system might cause things to look strange in the Mailshake signature.

If you'd like to insert the same signature, for best results, try copy and pasting without formatting, then make formatting edits using the Mailshake editor.

• On Mac: Option + Command + Shift + V
• On Windows: Ctrl + Shift + V

Alternatively, you can remove formatting if you've already pasted in your signature and then make formatting edits using the Mailshake editor.

1. On the Mail Accounts page, click Edit under the signature you'd like to edit
2. Select all of the text in the signature
3. Click the Clear Formatting button to remove formatting

Tip: For deliverability, we recommend keeping your signature simple by including no more than one link.
