Creating a profile picture for your email (Google and Microsoft)

G Suite and email services allow you to add a profile picture to your account to give your recipients an idea of who is emailing them when they open your email. This makes the campaign and the outreach more personable – people like to know who’s reaching out to them, so this will help with response rates and also help increase your new domain’s reputation.

Google does not make changing profile pictures for users under a G Suites admin easy. Here is a way to guarantee the profile pictures will be uploaded successfully. 

1. Go to admin.google.com
2. Click on Users
3. Click on the user you want to update the profile picture for
4. Select the file – It must be under 5MB. If it is not under 5MB, watch the videos to see how to resize it.
