How do I make advanced customizations like colors or formatting to emails?

Mailshake is intended for sending personalized emails and for that reason we recommend that your emails are minimally formatted.

When it comes to cold email, heavily formatted emails can negatively impact your deliverability which means your messages have a higher likelihood of getting flagged for spam by mail providers and your prospects. Additionally, many mail providers don't display images by default so images won't display until your prospect clicks "Display Images" or something similar in their mailbox.

However, you have the ability to completely customize each email that goes out by editing its HTML in the Source Code for each message. 

To do so, just click on the <> icon in our email editor, enter the HTML for your message, and then hit Save.
