How do I create a Team Playbook?

Team Playbooks can be created from both the Templates section as well as when creating a new Campaign.

  1. From Campaigns click + New Campaign; or from Templates click + New Template
    1. If you're starting in a New Campaign, click the toggle under Team Playbook to ON
    2. If you'd like to assign the playbook to team members, click Share Playbook and decide which team members you'd like to share it with
  2. Click Lead Catcher to set the Lead Catcher settings for all Playbooks
  3. Click Sending Settings to set Open and Link tracking for all Playbooks
  4. Click Sequence to move to the next step in the Playbook
  5. Click + Create New Sequence
  6. Build out your campaign like you normally would
  7. Click the Lock 🔒 icon if you'd like to lock your campaign step
    1. Locking a step indicates that the step shouldn't be changed by team members
  8. Once you're done building your campaign, click Confirm at the bottom of the page
  9. Review your campaign and click Create Team Playbook
