What does my Email Warmup Performance tell me?

Mailshake Email Warmup Performance

To access your team's Email Warmup Performance, in the left side menu, click Deliverability. This will show you the Performance Dashboard.

To filter by email address, click All Accounts and select the email address you want to review.

Warmupyour.email Analytics

To access your team's Warm Up analytics, simply click the Analytics button at the top of the page. This will show you overall team analytics so you can see how your team's emails are doing.

If you'd like to access Analytics for just a single email on your team, simply click the Email Address on the SMTP Accounts page.

What does the performance page tell me?

Sent Today

Count of the number of emails sent today.

Opened Today
Count of emails that were opened by our recipient email addresses. This may end up being lower than the number of sent emails to reflect a more realistic open rate.

Replied Today
Count of the number of emails that replied. This number will always be lower than the number of sent emails. You can control the reply rate in your settings.

Spam Score
Percentage of emails today that went to spam.

Total Sent
Total count of emails sent since starting warm up.

Total Opened
Total count of emails opened by our recipient email addresses since starting warm up. This may end up being lower than the number of sent emails to reflect a more realistic open rate.

Total Replies
Count of the number of emails that replied since starting warm up. This number will always be lower than the number of sent emails. You can control the reply rate in your settings.

Total Spam Score
Overall percentage of emails that went to spam since starting warm up.

Below all of these analytics, you'll notice a bar graph showing your Spam Pattern. This will show a tally of the number of emails sent and the number of emails that went to spam.
