Can I pause my subscription?

You can pause your legacy monthly subscription billing for up to three months, but not indefinitely. Check out our hibernation option which will walk you through the steps to hibernate your subscription.

Please keep in mind hibernation is only available for up to 3 months and your account will automatically renew at the end of the 3 month period. We do not currently offer an indefinite pause or hibernation option at this time.
