How do I remove people from my unsubscribe list?

If prospects unsubscribed to your emails accidentally, you can take them off your unsubscribe list manually and they will be able to receive messages in new campaigns. 

Note: This will resume old campaigns for the prospect. If you do not want campaigns to resume for the prospect, you'll want to pause the prospect in each campaign the prospect is found.

Please keep in mind it is a very bad idea to send new emails to people who have ended up on your unsubscribe list unless you have their permission. Doing so could result in your getting flagged for spam by your mail provider.

  1. Click Prospects in the left side menu
  2. Click Unsubscribes  
  3. Select the checkbox next to the prospects you want to remove from the Unsubscribe list
  4. Click the red Remove from list button in the grey menu at the top of the page
